Do my customers need to register?

No. Customers can book with their name and phone number, without creating an account.

Can I handle walk-in customers?

Yes. Add a walk-in from the dashboard. It blocks the same staff calendar as an online booking.

Can I manage multiple staff members?

Yes. Assign services and weekly hours to each stylist. Bookings includes up to 10 active staff with either the ₹199 monthly or ₹1,499 yearly subscription.

Does BuildNerd accept online payments?

The current release supports pay-at-salon and recorded cash or UPI collections. Online deposits are not enabled.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Salon registration starts a 14-day trial. No automatic payment is taken.

Can customers reschedule appointments?

Yes. A private booking link lets customers cancel or reschedule before the salon’s change deadline.
