Using Bookings

BuildNerd Bookings provides appointment scheduling software for salons. Salon owners are responsible for their service descriptions, prices, staff schedules, and cancellation policies. Customers contract directly with the salon for salon services.

Accounts and access

Business accounts use the shared BuildNerd identity system. Owners must only invite authorized staff and keep access current. Misuse, unauthorized access, and attempts to interfere with other businesses are prohibited.

Appointments and payments

Availability is confirmed only after a booking succeeds. Changes depend on the salon’s displayed change window. Service payments are collected directly by the salon. Salon software subscriptions use Razorpay autopay; appointment deposits are not enabled.

Trials and support

The initial salon trial is 14 days and does not automatically charge you. The Bookings subscription is ₹199 per month or ₹1,499 per year. Recurring charges require the owner’s Razorpay mandate authorization. Future renewals can be cancelled from Billing; verified paid access continues until its end.
